What we’re looking for

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer that can gather user requirements, design graphic elements and build navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools, a passion for gaming, esports or web3.

You will work with design tools for wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes (like Figma) and hand them over to developers. You’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our gamers’ needs helping to translate concepts into exciting user experiences and ultimately you will hear gamers’ feedback in order to make sure we improve live products.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with leadership, product managers and developers.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, search boxes and widgets.
• You will work with design tools for wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes (like Figma, Invision, etc) and hand them over to developers.
• You will work closely with the development team to ensure design and function are perfectly integrated.
• You will be flexible with adoption of art styles and direction but able to take critique constructively.
• Conduct user research and evaluations together with the team.
• Gather gamers’ feedback and identify new features and improvements to be made.
• Identify priorities and gaps in current designs, and contribute/iterate creative solutions.
• Be diligent and ensure quality of work in a fast paced, team based highly iterative development environment.
